Cada año también es diferente y esta vez dedicamos un día completo a estar en Rio Blanco Tonaltepec, en casa de Goya Cruz Peralta, un paraje lleno de aire fresco y vida. Ella, su hermana Demetria, su nuera, su esposo y su cuñado, nos dieron una cálida bienvenida y nos llenaron la barriga con delicias locales: atole, frijoles, nopales, chileatole, tortillas de trigo y una salsa memorable.

During the 6th RVH Encuentro in 2023 we enjoyed a weekend dedicated to the celebration of the earth and to recover our connection with her.

The 5th Encuentro of the Red Valle de Huajes was unforgettable and magical. The beautiful network of friendship that had manifested continued to grow, sharing laughs, curiosity, a deep restlessness, and dance steps. We also shared stories and wove them with hope.

In 2022, after two years of pause due to covid, we were thrilled to have a new RVH Encuentro in Oaxaca.

The feminine force of RVH made its appearance in Oaxaca during the autumn of 2019. During three intense days we shared the joys and efforts of the project, in a journey marked by recognition, friendship, and mutual gratitude.

In the second edition of the RVH Encuentro in Oaxaca we enjoyed three days of exploration, surprises and hard work.

In November 2017, the Valle de Huajes Network (RVH) gathered in Oaxaca for the first time to see first hand the work of Innovando la Tradición.
