In order to attend a course on legal, administrative and organizational aspects, as well as the principles that can govern a cooperative, in November 2020 we visited the Las Canadas Cooperative. The potters Juan Ruiz, Francisco Hernández, Demetria Cruz and members of the operational team of Innovating Tradition They traveled to see this ecological, productive and educational project that is a great example of cooperative, sustainable and fair work.
The scale of the Las Cañadas project, as well as its achievements in regenerating the forest, inspired us and made us feel closer to what we can achieve with union and effort. The generosity of the organizers of Las Cañadas, in collaboration with Lucia Sanchez, of the Photosynthesis CooperativeBy sharing his knowledge, he provided us with very useful tools to continue consolidating our cooperative project We are Mud 1050°. It was a very joyful, transformative and unforgettable trip.
